In order to achieve the vision and carry out the missions, the macro structure of Semega Holding consisting of three vice-presidencies has been updated as follows: Investment and Financing Vice-Presidency and Subsidiary Supervision and Assemblies Affairs Vice-Presidency (as line units, and including the main activities of the company) and Financial and Administrative Vice-Presidency (as a staff unit and including support activities).
