SEMEGA with three specialised brands in Iran's hospitality industry

Roxan International Hotels Group, SEMEGA's specialised hospitality arm, manages and operates a diverse portfolio of hotels and accommodation centres across Iran through the Roxan, Ramis and Karvanika brands in different segments of the tourism industry.
Within SEMEGA's strategy for developing Iran's tourism and hospitality industry, Roxan International Hotels Group, as the specialised arm in this field, is responsible for the operation and development of a portfolio of hotels and accommodation centres across various tourism market segments.
The company's activities are organised under three specialised brands: Roxan, Ramis and Karvanika. The Roxan brand is dedicated to five-star hotels and currently includes Roxan Airport Hotel at Imam Khomeini International Airport with 296 rooms — the country's only airport accommodation centre — Qasr al-Ziyafa Quds Hotel in Mashhad with 224 rooms, and Qasr al-Ziyafa Noor Hotel in Mashhad with 172 rooms.
In the four-star segment, the Ramis brand operates. Ramis Airport Hotel, next to Roxan Hotel at Imam Khomeini Airport with 196 rooms, plays an important role in serving domestic and international travellers.
The Karvanika brand focuses on the revival, operation and development of historical accommodations and boutique hotels. Karvanika Boutique Hotel at the Vakil Caravanserai in Kerman with 57 rooms, Kouhab Boutique Hotel in Natanz with 21 rooms, and Apadana Persepolis Boutique Hotel in Marvdasht with 17 rooms are among the properties under its operation. Developing such properties in cities with historical and cultural capacity is part of Roxan's strategy to expand experience-based tourism and strengthen its presence in the boutique hotel segment.
Roxan International Hotels Group is also active in health tourism, operating the Moheb Kordan Health Village with 52 rooms — a complex that combines accommodation and wellness services with a health-oriented approach.
The geographic and thematic diversity of these properties, from pilgrimage and airport hotels to health tourism centres and historical boutique hotels, reflects Roxan International Hotels Group's approach to building an integrated network of accommodation services in Iran — an approach aligned with SEMEGA's development goals of upgrading tourism infrastructure and improving the quality of hospitality services.
