SEMEGA announces the transfer of a 10% stake in Sabzevaran Copper Mine

Following a public auction, the transfer of a 10% stake in Sabzevaran Copper Industrial and Mining Company to Gostarsh Sanaye va Maadan Mahan has been approved.
According to information published on the CODAL system, 1,900,000 shares, equivalent to 10% of the shares of Sabzevaran Copper Industrial and Mining Company (a private joint-stock company), will be transferred to Gostarsh Sanaye va Maadan Mahan (a public joint-stock company).
The transaction was carried out on the basis of an expert valuation at a price of IRR 17,633,301 per share, putting the total value of the deal at approximately IRR 33,503,271,900,000, equivalent to IRT 3,350,327,190,000.
According to the board of directors' minutes, the acquisition cost of this investment was reported as IRR 540,007,000,000, and the profit from the transfer will be approximately IRR 32,963,264,000,000.
The transfer was carried out following a public auction and in response to the request of Gostarsh Sanaye va Maadan Mahan to purchase the shares of Sabzevaran Copper Industrial and Mining Company.
