SEMEGA's 25% capital increase from the capital reserve

Iran Cultural Heritage and Tourism Investment Group (SEMEGA) has proposed increasing its capital from IRR 20,000 billion to IRR 25,000 billion from the capital reserve.

According to the public relations unit of Iran Cultural Heritage and Tourism Investment Group (SEMEGA), the board of directors approved the capital increase from IRR 20,000 billion to IRR 25,000 billion under Article 161 of the amended Commercial Code, as part of restructuring the company's financial position.

The increase will be funded from the capital reserve, and its formal registration is an effective step towards sustainable growth, greater financial transparency and added value for shareholders.

By carrying out the capital increase, SEMEGA will strengthen the company's financial foundation and enhance its investment capacity to support development plans in tourism, hospitality and subsidiary projects.

Final registration of the capital increase is subject to approval by the Securities and Exchange Organization and final ratification at an extraordinary general meeting.
