The annual ordinary general meeting of shareholders of Iran Cultural Heritage and Tourism Investment Group (Public JSC), registered under number 350282 and national ID 10103992454, will be held at 09:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 31 Tir 1405 (22 July 2026), at the Rexan International Hotels located at Tehran, kilometre 30 of Khalij-e Fars Highway (Tehran-Qom), south side of the main highway of Imam Khomeini International Airport, opposite passenger terminal number one, telephone 55677900.

All honourable shareholders, attorneys or legal representatives are invited to attend the meeting in order to make decisions regarding the agenda. Please bring your national ID card, valid representation documents or a copy of the official power of attorney to receive the entry pass at the venue between 08:30 and 09:00 on Wednesday, 31 Tir 1405.
