Notice of the annual general meeting

All shareholders of Iran Cultural Heritage and Tourism Investment Group (Public JSC), their legal representatives and the representatives of corporate shareholders are hereby invited to attend the annual general meeting.

The agenda covers the reports of the board and the statutory auditor, review and approval of the financial statements, appointment of the statutory auditor and the official newspaper, and any other matter within the competence of the annual general meeting.
