SEMEGA's 100% capital increase on the path to finalisation; the legal auditor's report has been published

The report of the legal auditor and inspector of Iran Cultural Heritage and Tourism Investment Group (SEMEGA) regarding the company's capital increase plan has been uploaded to the CODAL system.

According to this report, prepared following the board of directors' resolution dated 27 Mordad 1405, the company's capital will increase by 100%, from IRR 25,000 billion to IRR 50,000 billion.

This capital increase, funded through cash contributions, settled shareholder claims and the capital reserve, aims to strengthen the financial base, optimise the capital structure and create the capacity needed to accelerate major tourism projects and future investments of the SEMEGA group.

The publication of this report is a key step in the legal process of the capital increase, and the company will continue to take the necessary steps to obtain final approvals from the relevant authorities and hold an extraordinary general meeting in accordance with the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Organization.
